San-A-Care appoints new President as owner, and President Ron Mirenda takes on the new role of CEO. Ron will work in an advisory role to ensure a smooth transition to new leadership.  Ron has lead the company’s growth and development for the last 32 years.

New President, Matt Mirenda, has 20+ years of experience working in all departments of the company; starting in the warehouse, moving to the service department, then equipment specialist and finally an area sales specialist.  Matt left San-A-Care for a period of 5 years and worked for one of the industry’s leading chemical suppliers.  Matt’s role was working with distributors, including San-A-Care, helping them grow and develop their business.

Upon Matt’s return to the company, he worked as the Business Development Manager and was later promoted to VP of Operations and now President of San-A-Care.  Matt says “I thank God for giving me a father that has helped pave the way by his personal and professional actions.  I will continue this journey with the same priorities, values and ethics that he has shown on a daily basis.”

San-A-Care will continue to meet the needs of its customers and employees alike with a sales and support staff dedicated and determined to be the best in the industry. Ron’s enthusiasm and talent will not be forgotten.  It will be used as the foundation on which San-A-Care continues into the future.
