Sani Marc Group Acquires Alpine Specialty Chemicals

Sani Marc Group Inc. (“Sani Marc”) announced the acquisition of Alpine Specialty Chemicals Ltd. (“Alpine”), headquartered in Etobicoke, Ontario. Alpine manufactures and distributes warewashing and laundry products primarily for the food service, hospitality and healthcare markets, as well as offering a complete range of related equipment and maintenance services. Alpine serves its Ontario customers through branches in Chatham, Kitchener, Orillia, Ottawa and Sudbury.
