Sealed Air announced that its Vision Enabled Training (VET) solution is the recipient of a National Restaurant Association 2012 Kitchen Innovations (KI) Award. VET is a new service featuring innovative video technology that enables foodservice operators and restaurant owners to know that proper hygiene practices of employees are taking place at all times and can also monitor temperature of equipment in real-time. The KI Award recognizes cutting-edge kitchen solutions in the foodservice market.

“The KI Award reaffirms our global leadership in food safety and security, adding to our existing Diversey and Cryovac brand food and beverage solutions,” said Keith Johnson, Sealed Air’s Global Director of Services, Sales and Marketing. “VET is another example of how we deliver a broad range of expertise in food science and microbiology to create solutions that protect and enhance the food and beverage supply chain and ensure food and beverages are processed, sold and prepared in a safe and efficient environment.”
