ServiceMaster Clean has announced the signing of two new franchise agreements. The first agreement is with an existing franchise group, ServiceMaster Facilities Maintenance, which added portions of Atlanta as a third territory. The other is with new franchisee David Dragicevich of ServiceMaster Janitorial by Zvon for a Syracuse, N.Y. territory.

“As our business continues to expand across the United States, we’re excited to announce both an expansion of one business and the beginning of a brand new one,” says David Messenger, vice president of market expansion, ServiceMaster Clean. “We believe these franchisees will cultivate lasting customer relationships and become integral parts of their local communities.”

Vincent Lee was a longtime employee in the cleaning industry, when he transitioned to become a ServiceMaster Clean franchisee. Lee and his partners William Watson, Andre’ Coleman and Laurence Plummer Sr. currently operate commercial cleaning franchises in Memphis and Nashville with over 400 employees servicing more than 120 customers including Fortune 500 corporations.

“As a multi-unit operator, we sought out the opportunity to expand our business into the Atlanta area since we had developed deep connections within the local community”, says Lee, president of ServiceMaster Facilities Maintenance. “We look forward to growing in this territory and upholding the ServiceMaster Clean standard of excellence.”

With an expansive background in pharmaceutical sales and marketing industries, David Dragicevich opened his first commercial cleaning franchise earlier this year in Syracuse, N.Y. As a new franchisee, Dragicevich and his team are currently scouting the Syracuse area for potential accounts.

“I was drawn to ServiceMaster Clean because of the company’s reputation and the strong support offered to its franchisees,” says Dragicevich, owner of ServiceMaster Janitorial by Zvon. “We look forward to connecting with local businesses and serving our new clients in the surrounding areas.”
