Spartan Chemical Company, Inc. has announced that it has been awarded a 37 month contract with the Premier healthcare alliance, for its Housekeeping Products. Effective 1/1/2012, the new agreement allows Premier members, at their discretion, to take advantage of special pricing and terms pre-negotiated by Premier for Housekeeping Products.

Spartan is happy to be able to expand their current relationships with Premier alliance members. According to Greg Ford, Spartan’s Vice President of Sales, “The Premier Housekeeping Products contract award, combined with our active Laundry Products & Services contract, strengthens the relationship and value proposition Spartan is able to provide to Premier members.”

According to their website, Premier serves more than 2,500 U.S. hospitals and 72,000-plus other healthcare sites, the Premier healthcare alliance and its member are transforming healthcare together. Approximately 200 hospitals and health systems created and entirely own the Premier alliance. Premier’s mission is “to improve the health of communities”.
