Spartan Nassco

Spartan Chemical Company was recognized by Nassco as their 2023 Manufacturer of the Year.

The award is based on several factors including partnership, support, commitment, reliability and mutual growth. Spartan Chemical was chosen as the Nassco Manufacturer of the Year based on the overall theme of partnership and supportive growth established over the years. Spartan is connected with Nassco through many relationships from sales representatives and marketing to purchasing, warehouse and customer service. 

“Beyond our partnership with the local Spartan representative, Paul Roskos, a dependable resource for the Nassco team, we have had the opportunity to develop a strong network throughout the Spartan team, including divisional manager Steven Comfort,” says Kurt Melzer, president of Nassco. Roskos has been recognized by Nassco for his dedicated contributions to their team and is a previous recipient of the Nassco Vendor Representative of the Year Award.

The award was presented to Spartan Chemical during the Vendor Appreciation and Awards Dinner at Nassco's New Berlin headquarters. Nassco was represented by Mark Melzer, CEO, Kurt Melzer, president, and Tommy Higgins, vice president of Sales and Marketing. Spartan was represented by John Schauff, director of Government Services & Training, and Maura Galligan, regional manager.
