TEAM Software, Inc. hosted its annual client event, TEAM Client Conference, in April. Celebrating the company’s 30-year anniversary, the event had record attendance with well over 200 TEAM customers from nearly 100 companies, a 50 percent increase in attendance over the last five years. TEAM customers from across North America came to Omaha, Nebraska, for in-person training, networking and collaborating with TEAM employees. The theme for the 2019 event was “Defining What’s Next.”
“We always look forward to hosting this event. There is nothing like the face-to-face interactions with our customers we get at TEAM Client Conference,” said TEAM CEO John Leiferman. “We have three days to learn and listen to our customers, so we can continue to develop software solutions that provide value. That’s what the company was built on – listening and being responsive to customers. Thirty years later, we’re still doing that.”
Over its history, TEAM has become a prominent software provider for building service and security contractors. During the annual event, TEAM shared with clients the latest innovations and the future vision of our solutions.
The event featured 14 pre-conference workshops, 57 breakout sessions, a state-of-the-company general session, a special keynote presentation with Alex Dorr from Reality-Based Leadership, and a Collaboratory featuring several exhibitors and a Product Innovation Lab showcasing the latest products, features and enhancements from TEAM.
“This event is such a wonderful experience because we’re able to interact with our customers and solve problems together,” explained TEAM Vice President of Product Management Michelle Shanholtz. “This kind of collaboration helps us ensure we’re providing innovative market-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers today and into the future.”
