Businessmen are trying to connect the puzzles

The Supply Room, a division of TSRC, Inc., announced plans to merge with Lawrence Environmental Group, based in Richmond. Lawrence Environmental Group is a leading provider of premium engineering, cleaning, and maintenance solutions.

The Supply Room’s Chief Operating Officer, Yancey Jones, Jr., believes that this step is natural for the company. “Enhancing our expertise and offering in the cleaning and janitorial space has been an important goal for The Supply Room so I know that this merger will allow us to provide an even greater depth of resources to our customers.”

The merger not only provides an additional Richmond location for The Supply Room, but also brings together two like-minded organizations. Both companies have grown by building long-term relationships with their customers and share a passion for providing excellent service.

Roy Jorstad, President of Lawrence, noted further “This merger puts us in the best position moving forward to service all our customers throughout the State of Virginia.”

The third-largest independent office supplier in the United States, The Supply Room currently offers a wide array of products and services, including: office supplies, coffee and breakroom supplies, janitorial and maintenance products, promotional products, technology services, and a full-service furniture division.

Jonathan Brabrand at Fahrenheit Capital Partners served as the exclusive M&A advisor to Lawrence in the transaction.
