The Tolco Corporation was recently awarded the 2011 ISSA Innovation Award in the category of Services & Technology.

“It is a great honor to win this award. We were up against some great products from some great companies” said George Notarianni, President and CEO of Tolco Corporation. He continued, “These products have been in development for well over a year and testing to validate their performance was a big part of that.”

EcoChoice products incorporate a proprietary additive that has no effect on the plastic’s durability, performance, or recyclability, yet renders the plastic biodegradable when disposed of in a landfill or compost pile.

“Tolco has secured the exclusive rights of this technology for the Janitorial Industry,” said Alberto Martinez, Sales & Marketing Manager for Tolco. Alberto Added, “The technology has been in use for over 10 years in consumer and industrial products and we are pleased to bring it to our industry.”
