Triple S announces that the company has been selected by BioMed Protect LLC, St. Louis to be the nationwide distribution partner for Sanotracin RTUSporicidal Disinfectant Cleaner.

Sanotracin RTU will be a part of a complete Triple S Healthcare Infection Control Program available from Triple S Member-Distributors.

"BioMed Protect selected Triple S to be the nationwide distribution partner for Sanotracin RTU based on their comprehensive network of distributors. The Sanotracin line of products is the next generation of sporicidal disinfectants. We were looking for a partner who could provide the needed training and support to users. As with other products in this category, there is no support for infection preventionists, environmental service directors or front-line staff when it comes to surface disinfection," stated Mark Regna, BioMed Protect Vice President of Sales.

"The key factor in our decision was the training and support that Triple S can offer to healthcare facilities, with more than a 1,000 plus trained facility consultants who are focused on providing training, education and building relationships with healthcare facilities at the local, regional and national levels. Another key factor is the reach of Triple S with 175 local distribution facilities and three strategically placed regional distribution centers. The broad product offering that Triple S offers to environmental services for day-to-day operations provides a consolidated program for healthcare facilities. We look forward to this partnership and what it brings to the healthcare industry."

Alan Sadler, President of Triple S, stated, "We are very excited about our opportunity to partner with a technology leader like BioMed Protect. We believe BioMed Protect's decision to select Triple S as their national distribution partner is a resounding validation of the effort and energy that we have invested in building the most efficient logistics platform married to a national network of facility maintenance solutions providers. We take great pride in knowing that our collaborative efforts will play a meaningful role in combating a very serious healthcare issue."
