Unisource Worldwide, Inc., a privately-held provider of cleaning and hygiene products, has added Tennant Company’s line of Nobles branded floor care equipment and its Orbio 5000-Sc to the Unisource portfolio in the California and Florida marketplace.

“Nobles equipment has all of the features our customers are asking for,” says John Glaze, president–facility supplies for Unisource Worldwide. The chemical-free system has received certification from the National Floor Safety Institute, along with NSF registration for use in food and beverage environments, the company says.

A related technology is also used in the Orbio 5000-Sc, a stand-alone dispensing unit that uses water, salt and electricity to convert tap water into a cleaning solution used in daily cleaning applications, such as  window/mirror cleaning, hard surface cleaning and carpet/upholstery cleaning.
