Pursant's Investment Banking practice announced that its client, Vonachen Group, one of the largest privately owned janitorial service companies in the U.S., has acquired Clearwater Janitorial, LLC. Clearwater provides janitorial services to office, medical and industrial facilities throughout Wisconsin. 

Established in 1968, Peoria, Illinois-based Vonachen Group has grown to be one of the largest privately owned janitorial service companies in the Midwest and Southern US, with over 2000 employees servicing hundreds of locations. Vonachen’s service offerings include janitorial services, office support, factory support, recycling programs, and special services for commercial offices, health care, industrial and education facilities. Clearwater is the 6th acquisition for Vonachen and will operate under their Northern Region brand Accent Services Inc. (ASI). 

Clearwater Janitorial, LLC was established in 2014 by Ivan Sackett and is headquartered Eau Claire, Wisconsin. They provide janitorial services to office, medical and industrial facilities throughout Wisconsin.
