Waypoint LLC (Waypoint) is pleased to announce that it has acquired PJB Primeline Food Group (Primeline), a leading Canadian foodservice sales agency with a presence across Canada.  Primeline has been in business for over 22 years with an outstanding reputation for service to the foodservice community.
 
Primeline’s talented team of professionals will continue with the business, and provide a strong foundation for Waypoint to build upon.  Grant Huxtable will continue to lead the business with additional support from Waypoint’s team based in the USA.
 
This acquisition creates a true North American market presence for Waypoint, increasing its ability to serve our clients, distributors, and operators.  This acquisition was completed alongside the acquisition of Market West by DOT Foods and the longstanding partnership will be maintained.

This business will operate as “WAYPOINT FOODSERVICE” going forward.  Kevin O’Beirne stated, “We are excited to join forces with a strong player in the Canadian market and we are looking forward to growing our clients business across North America.”
