Man Participating In Online Coaching Session Using Laptop

For the first time ever, Building Service Contractors Association International’s (BSCAI) annual Contracting Success event will be virtual in 2020. Dubbed the “Contracting Success+ Virtual Experience” for this year, the event will have similarities and differences compared to past offerings.

The biggest difference is the event will be totally virtual and held on four separate sessions. The sessions will last 3.5 hours each and will talk place on the afternoons of Oct. 14, Oct. 15, Oct. 21 and Oct. 22. Each day of activities will also feature smaller breakout rooms than in the past. These virtual breakout rooms will allow participants to interact with their peers in a virtual, yet intimate setting. Contracting Success+ will also boast three keynote speakers, compared to the event’s traditional offering of two. 

This year’s event will feature the same six track track programming as in past years. These tracks include:

- Administration and finance

- Marketing and sales

- Employee recruitment and training

- Leadership and strategic management

- Operations

- Customer service and retention
