Marne Martin, CEO of Workwave, Holmdel, New Jersey, has been recognized in The Software Report’s list of the top 50 SaaS CEOs of 2019, announces Workwave in a press release

Workwave says Martin’s leadership skills and extensive service experience has further enabled the cloud-based software solutions company to reach its full potential through scalable, SaaS software solutions. Service businesses across multiple verticals, from pest control to lawn and landscape to HVAC, turn to WorkWave for support across digital marketing, mobile field service, routing and scheduling, invoicing, and all needs in between.

“It is an honor to be recognized in The Software Report’s 2019 list of Top 50 SaaS CEOs,” says Martin. “This recognition would not have been possible without my outstanding team and dedicated employees whose passion drives WorkWave to continue to create powerful and versatile SaaS solutions for our customers.”

Under Martin’s leadership, WorkWave continues to strengthen its ability to deliver digital transformation and enable new revenue models for its more than 7,000 customers. Her vision and business orientation has led to significant increases in WorkWave’s topline organic growth and EBITDA as she leads WorkWave into its next stages of growth and market expansion. Martin’s passion for learning and development also allows her to be a mentor to others within the company, as well as an advocate for STEM education for girls and women.

“The most highly regarded CEOs had a high volume of nominations showing consistency to primary characteristics comprising the individual’s effective leadership style,” says The Software Report editorial team. “And in many cases, we were impressed with the outpouring of support, respect, and admiration for these leaders. It became clear that to build a high performing organization supported by a constructive and enduring culture, the CEO needed to possess a unique set of rare skills.”

This year’s CEOs were selected based on nomination submissions from colleagues, peers, and other software industry participants. Nominees were reviewed across a number of key attributes including integrity, intellect, drive, emotional intelligence, organizational culture and operational skill. They were most closely evaluated based on qualitative and substantive commentary provided on the CEO’s character.
