Brian Morgan, Director of Operations for milliCare, has been recognized as a Certified Franchise Executive by the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives, according to milliCare.
Morgan completed a comprehensive course of study in franchise management to earn the CFE designation, which includes attending institute-sponsored educational seminars, workshops, and extensive online and self-study. The program enhances franchising professionals’ understanding of both the industry’s fundamental and complex aspects.
The Institute of Certified Franchise Executives is the academic branch of the International Franchise Association’s Educational Foundation, the world’s oldest and largest organization representing franchising worldwide.
Brian Morgan began his career as a technician with a milliCare franchise and was quickly promoted to a supervisor and then operations and project manager. After nearly a decade in that role, he joined the milliCare corporate team as a franchise business consultant and has since moved into the director of operations role. His background gives him unique insights as he offers support to the milliCare franchise network. Morgan adds the CFE designation to his existing certifications as a Project Management Professional and Certified Scrum Master.
“I’m honored that milliCare and all that it represents has been the cornerstone of my career. The journey towards the CFE designation has given me an exponential amount of resources to confidently build and further our business on milliCare’s sound brand ethics,” said Morgan. “Simply put, the CFE has rekindled my commitment to our tagline, ‘Clean Working, Clean Living.’”
