Association News

The International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) recently announced that Dr. John Monoky will be the keynote speaker at its district meeting. Monoky’s presentation, “Think bigger. Think better. Think beyond.,” is focused on determining how customers define value, then adjusting sales to model it.

Monoky’s 25 years of experience as an active consultant and trainer was a significant factor in selection, according to Anthony Trombetta, ISSA education and training manager.

ISSA foresees Monoky’s presentation creating many positive impacts. “The value-added services that distributors will be able to learn about and put to use is one of many useful insights that distributors will gain,” says Trombetta.

The three-hour sessions begin May 1, 2001, and conclude on June 29, 2001. Locations and times vary among districts.

For more information and to register, contact the ISSA education and training department at (800) 225-4772 or save 15 percent by registering online.
