(This year’s forum, which will take place at ISSA/INTERCLEAN® in Chicago, features speaker Connie Glaser, an expert in women’s workplace issues.)

So, we thought what better time to gauge the status of women in the jan/san industry by chronicling their job challenges, goals and observations. What we found, among other things, was that A) women find immeasurable value in relationships with strong mentors, and B) that networking and mentoring opportunities are more abundant than ever before.
