  • Use your customer base. Let them know that your company is growing. Mail or e-mail them about the position and the qualifications you are looking for

  • For some positions, allow your employees to take part in the hiring. They have the opportunity to choose who they work with and it is an effective team-building strategy. On a lesser scale, you can also poll current employees to get a more accurate picture of what the position entails. They may be able to provide you with more specifics
