NJSSA to Host Indoor Air Quality Seminar
The New Jersey Sanitary Supply Association (NJSSA), the jan/san industry’s largest U.S. regional association, will hold a professional educational seminar on indoor air quality March 7, 2002. The seminar will be presented by Dr. Michael Berry, an expert in the field of indoor/outdoor environmental management and a research professor at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. According to NJSSA president Jon Scoles, the seminar is significant in the partnerships it has created.

“Our overall goal is to make our association a go-to group for our members to benefit from, and the presence of other associations will add a lot of value to our meeting,” says John Scoles, president of the NJSSA. “Members can now get in contact with other groups that will help them improve business.”

Some of the associations that will participate are the Buildings and Grounds Association (BGA), International Executive Housekeepers Association (IEHA) and the New Jersey Warden Association (NJWA), responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of U.S. correctional facilities.
