The New Jersey Sanitary Supply Association (NJSSA) elected Peter Davidson president. Davidson is principal with Leading Edge Associates, Old Bethpage, N.Y.

DEMA Engineering Co., St. Louis, hired Dan Gillespie as vice president of marketing.

Brulin & Co., Inc., Indianapolis, promoted George Brodnicki to president. Brodnicki joined the company in 1987 as a regional sales manager.

R3 Safety, Wilmington, Ohio, hired Nick Mercadante and Ron Vince as regional business managers.

Berk Wiper Converting, LLC, Lansdale, Pa., appointed Ernest J. Kelly to national sales manager.

Mark Warner was named the head of three divisions of Enviro-Solutions, Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. He will serve as regional sales manager for the Atlantic Seaboard region of the U.S., director of training and product manager - disinfectants and sanitizers.

COMPANY NOTES

Minneapolis-based Tennant Co., and Kaivac Inc., Hamilton, Ohio, announced a strategic sales and service arrangement that enables Tennant to sell Kaivac’s restroom care products.

Tennant will sell Kaivac’s suite of No-Touch Cleaning restroom products to its national account customers.

Core Products Co., Inc., Canton, Texas, announced a partnership with Planet Green, a subsidiary of The Discovery Network and specifically with the “Wa$ted” television show.

JohnsonDiversey, Sturtevant, Wis., launched Daylight Cleaning, a component of the company’s Sustainable Facility Care program through a partnership with DCS Global Enterprises LP, a provider of daylight cleaning consulting services.

Philadelphia-based National Chemical Laboratories Inc., (NCL) held a series of green cleaning training programs in conjunction with NCL University for distributor management during January 2009.

The meetings were focused on reviewing the process, procedures and product selection necessary to promote healthy, green cleaning.

ProTeam, Boise, Idaho, renewed its agreement with the American Lung Association to raise awareness of indoor air quality issues in order to create healthier indoor air environments.

Clark Products Inc., Carteret, N.J., acquired certain assets of Giant Services Inc., Franklin Lakes, N.J.

Clark will incorporate Giant Services into its Paper Plus Division.

Perrin Manufacturing Co., City of Industry, Calif., acquired Global Plastics, Ltd., Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.
