Amano USA Holdings Inc., Roseland, N.J., appointed Thomas M. Benton as president of Amano Pioneer Eclipse Corp., Sparta, N.C. Benton has held general management and other executive roles at Clarke, Alto and Nilfisk-Advance.

Zephyr Manufacturing Co., Sedalia, Mo., promoted R.J. Lindstrom to president. Previous President John Lindstrom retains his positions of CFO and chairman of the board. Since 2008, R.J. has been directly involved in all aspects of manufacturing, operations and sales.

Zep Inc., Atlanta, acquired Atlanta-based Amrep Inc. As a result of this transaction, Zep Inc.'s product and brand portfolio will now include Amrep proprietary brands. Amrep will maintain its commercial organizations, brands and headquarters in Marietta, Ga.

Azusa, Calif.-based jan/san and foodservice manufacturers' rep agency Access Group Southern California will now be known asAccess Partners. The company represents manufacturers in Southern California, Southern Nevada and Arizona.

Kimberly-Clark Corp., Dallas, has set up a global employee donation matching program for Haiti relief efforts. The company will match all employee donations worldwide dollar-for-dollar up to $300,000. Kimberly Clark is also partnering with the American Red Cross and MedShare, and mobilizing product donations.

The Getz Sales Group, Massillon, Ohio, will representCore Products, Canton, Texas, to expand business opportunities in the Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Kentucky regions.

Perrin Manufacturing Co.of City of Industry, Calif., acquired Global Plastics Ltd. of Surrey, British Columbia, to form Dispensing Dynamics Intl. Dean deBuhr, chairman and CEO, will lead the management team along with Larry MacCormack as president/COO.

SCA Tissue, Philadelphia, is supporting American Red Cross relief efforts following the earthquake in Haiti. SCA has committed $50,000 with additional funds to be generated through an employee donation and company matching gift program. The company will also donate personal care products.

HP Products Corp., Indianapolis, has acquired Great Lakes Supply and Chemical, Michigan City, Ind. Great Lakes President Joe Nelmar will remain with HP Products as the head of its Calumet Division.
