Waterless Co., Inc., Vista, Calif., donated 30 waterless urinal systems to the U.S. Green Building Council's National Green Schools Campaign. The program is designed to develop safer, healthier and more sustainable learning environments for children and teachers.


Perf Go Green Holdings Inc., New York, announced its partnership with Paper Enterprises Inc., New York. Paper Enterprises will distribute Perf Go Green's full retail and commercial line of products.


Newsweek cited the corporate parent company of Procter & Gamble Professional, Cincinnati, as one of the "Greenest Big Companies in America." It placed 26th out of the 500 companies assessed.


Tolco Corp., Toledo, Ohio, announced three new Manufacturer Rep Groups that will represent Tolco in their respective markets: Blackrock Sales, Federal Way, Wash., in Washington, Oregon, Montana, Hawaii, Alaska and Western Idaho; MarketSmart Inc., Pleasanton, Calif., in Northern California and in Nevada, except Clark County; and Libco Inc., Rochester, N.Y., in upstate New York.


Cascades Tissue Group's expansion of its tissue paper plant located in Lachute, Quebec, Canada, was awarded LEED-NC (New Construction) certification.


In September 2009, WAXIE Sanitary Supply, San Diego, opened its new LEED Silver Certified (pending) distribution facility in Salt Lake City.


In November 2009, Spruce Industries Inc. moved its headquarters from Garwood, N.J. to Rahway, N.J. The relocation will help double the company's size to better serve its growing customer base.

The RTF Group, Lake Bluff, Ill., appointed Perry Marks to vice president/stone care division.


RDA Advantage, Littleton, Colo., announced Paul Roberts of Vernon Sanitation Supply Co., Inc., Los Angeles, as the new chairman of the board.


Distributor Partners of America (DPA), Cincinnati, hired Brittany L. Henry as marketing manager.


Todd Gatzulis, vice president of Henkel's Diversified Markets Division, Scottsdale, Ariz., has been appointed vice president of the Sanitary Supply Wholesaling Association (SSWA) Board of Directors. As a board member, Gatzulis is involved in driving the strategic direction for the wholesale association.


STOKO Skin Care, Greensboro, N.C., appointed Stan Pozniak to national accounts manager. Pozniak will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with multi-unit distribution and buying groups. Pozniak assumed the responsibilities Dec. 1, 2009, succeeding Mike Adams upon his retirement. Adams began his career with STOKO in 1987.


Starco Chemical, East Rutherford, N.J., hired Scott Koenings as Midwest region sales manager.


Gulf Coast Paper Company, Victoria, Texas, announced that Michael Ray from its Austin branch has achieved certification as an U.S. Green Building Council LEED Green Associate.
