Miami-based Atlas Paper Mills has announced that Joseph A. Tadeo has joined the company as president and CEO.
Tadeo spent 25 years with Scott Paper Company’s Away-From-Home division in various sales and management roles. Prior to joining Atlas, he was senior vice president and general manager of Jarden Consumer Solutions, Personal Comfort and Wellness business unit.
Spartan Chemical Co., Inc., Maumee, Ohio appointed Josh Moore to regional manager for the company’s Mississippi region. The company also promoted Tom McFarlane to regional manager for the Illinois region.
Larry Dickler has agreed to serve on the Advisory Board for Pak-It LLC, Philadelphia. Dickler was the founder and president of Dickler Chemical Laboratories Inc., which was recently sold to Pak-It. In his advisory role, Dickler will help the company better understand three key areas of the business: Customers, competitors and the industry.

San Diego-based WAXIE Sanitary Supply announced three promotions: Dana Pistilli as general manager of the San Diego division; Chris Bohrisch to vice president general manager of Ontario and Los Angeles divisions; and Mat Hamilton to operations manager of the Seattle division.
