Carroll Co., Garland, Texas, hired David Cobb as regional account manager for North Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Kimberly-Clark Corp., Roswell, Ga., elected current president of Kimberly-Clark Professional, Jan Spencer, as senior vice president continuous improvement, sourcing and sustainability. Christian Brickman, senior vice president and chief strategy officer, has been elected president of Kimberly-Clark Professional, succeeding Spencer.

In addition, Elane Stock joined the company as senior vice president and chief strategy officer.

Americo Manufacturing Co., Acworth, Ga., promoted Marc DuCharme to national sales manager and Veronica Caracciolo to international sales manager.

The American Cleaning Institute (formerly The Soap and Detergent Association) has named Jacob Cassady as its new manager, government affairs. It also promoted Douglas Troutman to senior director, government affairs, and Dr. Paul DeLeo to senior director, environmental safety.

PortionPac Chemical Corp., Chicago, has been named a "2010 Top Small Company Workplace" by Winning Workplaces of Evanston, Ill., a national non-profit organization, working in partnership with Inc. magazine.

Tolco Corp., Toledo, Ohio, was selected to aid in the cleanup of the Gulf Coast following the BP oil leak. The company has shipped more than 40,000 of its 320CR trigger sprayers to the Gulf Region.
