Essential Industries — The DCS Dilution Control System combines environmentally responsible Green Seal-approved products with versatile dilution-control equipment to provide safe, effective cleaning solutions. Green Seal-certified products include the company’s Glass Advantage, Ultra-Spray Cleaner, Daily Restroom Cleaner, Neutral Cleaner Plus and Multi-Purpose Cleaner.

 All-Purpose Cleaner/Degreaser
Sunshine Makers — Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner/Degreaser is non-toxic, biodegradable and non-flammable. The non-abrasive formula can be used full strength or custom diluted for a broad range of cleaning applications. The product features a mild pH of 9.3 to 9.5.
Stain Remover
Athea Laboratories Inc. — Hydro Power stain remover combines d-Limonene with hydrogen peroxide to remove oil, grease, coffee, pet stains and more from any almost every hard or soft-floor surface. The product can be used as a ready-to-use spray, concentrate cleaner, or deodorizing carpet spotter and stain remover.

Cleaning Additive
Prochem — Citrus Pro professional strength citrus-based cleaning additive is designed to be added to the company’s pre-spray, extraction detergent or tile-cleaning products. The additive boosts a detergent’s ability to remove oily and greasy soil, asphalt track-in, food and other soils from carpet, water-cleanable upholstery and ceramic tile and grout.
Floor-Maintenance Products
ACS Industries — Scrubble® manufactures a complete line of rotary floor-maintenance products. The non-woven floor pads are formulated with nylon, polyester and abrasive grains. Rotary pad drivers and floor brushes are made of synthetic and natural fibers. Steel wool floor pads are manufactured in both ribbon and needle-punch style.

Floor and Carpet-Care Products
CDC Products — The company’s floor finish doesn’t require stripping, and it contains no styrene, polystyrene or metals. The finish dries and cures from the bottom up in 30 minutes. The carpet-care system cleans three-dimensionally, leaving carpet surfaces neutral and not prone to re-soiling.
Odor Control
Amrep Inc. — Bullseye Odor Counteractant uses a combination of pinpoint stream, dual-active industrial strength odor counteractants and fast-dissipating foam to reduce malodors. The odor-control product is useful in and along cracks and crevices, carpets, baseboards, floor drains, toilets, sinks, urinals, trashcans, wastebaskets and dumpsters.

Odor Control
Big D Industries — Gel D is a specially formulated gelled aerosol deodorant that counteracts odors. The adhesive properties of the gel allow it to be applied to any hard, non-porous surface. The slow-releasing formula provides continuous deodorization until it evaporates, leaving no noticeable residue.

Bird Deterrent
Bird-X Inc. — Broadband Pro frightens away birds using an unrelenting combination of sounds including distress cries, falcon and hawk predator cries, generic harassments and ultrasonic sounds. The unit features surround sound directing speakers and three visual scares to frighten birds in a multi-sensory assault.

 Facial Tissue
Stefco Industries — Heavenly Soft facial tissue is 2-ply, soft and soothing. The Heavenly Soft printed box features one-at-a-time dispensing.

Laundry Dosing System
Beta Technology — The Summit E OPL dispenser allows use of up to eight pumps. The laundry dosing system features a speed-control screen to allow users to adjust speed for viscous chemicals. The system’s printed circuit board works in all laundry applications, from small to large laundry
and tunnels.

 Chemical Proportioning System
Core Products — Blend-Aid Jr. dispensing system for Hydroxi Pro Concentrates features easy-to-use buttons to consistently mix cleaning concentrates to the proper dilutions. Proper dilution increases employee safety.
Flood Recovery System
Kaivac — The KaiSump converts the company’s No-Touch Cleaning® machine into a non-stop, bottomless wet vacuum that doesn’t need to be emptied. The product continuously removes 30 gallons of water per minute and features a 24-foot discharge hose and a 4-foot vacuum hose to clean up flooding and other water emergencies.

Stand-Up Autoscrubber
Windsor Industries — The Chariot stand-up autoscrubber results in less operator fatigue over the course of a normal shift when compared to walk-behind scrubbers and some ride-on scrubbers. The autoscrubber also has greater floor coverage with higher speeds and extended battery life.
Brooms
Malish — This angle/upright broom is designed with two handle holes molded into the block to allow upright sweeping and sweeping at an angle. The broom is available in two filaments: a flagged blue polypropylene, useful for sweeping fine dust and debris from hard floors; or a stiff black polypropylene, useful for sweeping larger debris.

Safety Cone
A.R.P. Safety Products — The Handy Cone H.D. is available in 18- and 36-inch heights. The sign allows for instant recognition of warning from any angle. The spring-loaded sign stores easily with its strap.
Floor Pads
Americo Mfg. — The Dominator Stripping pad features high loft, resilient binders and an abrasive grit. The White Polish floor pad features a dense web and smooth texture for polishing softer floor finishes. The Combo burnishing pad features resilient fabrication; it will retain its shape, even under prolonged use.

Crystallizing System
Maverick — The KT machine features a “Hot Disk,” and is designed to be used with a crystallizer, cleaner or industrial wax for crystallizing natural stone. The machine can also be used with the company’s belt-driven head with imported marble and granite powders for a mirror-like shine.

Upholstery Cleaning System
Host/Racine Industries — Aridex® Dry Upholstery Cleaning System features the Aridex machine and upholstery cleaning chemicals to deep clean furniture. The system cleans without shrinking fabric or leaving sticky residue behind on upholstery, so furniture can be used almost immediately after cleaning. The system is useful on various fabrics, including velvet, jacquard, weaves, tapestry, brocades and leather.

 Cleaning Products
Multi-Clean — The Double-O-Seven Bullets are a unique way to make ready-to-use cleaning products. The hydrogen peroxide cleaning tablets activate when added to water. By adjusting the prescribed number of bullets added to each quart of water, the tablets make general-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner and heavy-duty spray-and-wipe cleaner.

Ash Receptacle
Rubbermaid Commercial Products — The Groundskeeper® Tuscan ash receptacle features burn-proof cigarette snuff plate and easy-empty ash canister. An optional security kit to discourage theft is also available. The receptacle features a classical architectural form to complement
the facility.

 Cleaning Cart
NaceCare Solutions — FoamTec restroom cleaning cart is for large jobs where hygiene is critical, but aggressive cleaning may cause damage — areas such as restrooms and foodservice facilities. The cart features spray-on foam combined with an eco-friendly cleaning agent that clings to all surfaces and is rinsed away to complete the job. The cart also includes a water vacuum and blower hose for drying.
Toilet Tissue
Advantage Marketing Associates — ReNature® A2245 toilet tissue is EPA compliant. The soft tissue is 2-ply and each roll features 550 sheets that measure 4.5 inches by 4.09 inches.

 Chemical Proportioning System
Hydro Systems — The MultiDose hand pump delivers accurate doses of concentrated chemicals into sinks, buckets and other containers. The system features an optional chemical enclosure to hold up to a 2.5-liter-sized bottle, with a locking cover to prevent theft or tampering.
Odor Control
Claire Mfg. — The company’s line of metered air fresheners is available in 10 fragrances. Each can is universal to fit any dispenser and lasts over 3,000 sprays. Dispensers feature three time intervals, plus 24-hour or day-only spraying to maximize the life of each can. 		Hand Towels
Cascades Tissue Group — The North River® white hand towel provides strength, fast absorption and softness. The towels are available in roll and folded towels and fit all of the company’s dispensing systems. The towels are useful for office buildings, hotels, healthcare facilities and airports.
Carpet Extractor
Cleanfix — The Ostrich is a 9-gallon, self-contained carpet extractor with a brush-assisted drive. The extractor cleans in both forward and in reverse. The machine’s cleaning head features a cylindrical brush with two spray jets, one in front and one behind the brush.
